Email support@bibbed.app and a person answers, usually within a day. Include the race name if it is about a date.
How we confirm race dates
A person checks every date against the organiser's own page before it can alert you. Until then the app marks it "not confirmed": it sends no alert or email, stays out of your calendar feed and never counts down.
A date is wrong
In the app, open Profile and tap Report a wrong date. On this site, every race page has "Wrong date? Tell us" at the bottom. Corrections are checked by hand against the organiser's page, usually the same day, and you are credited on the race.
I did not get an alert
- Alerts only fire for verified dates. A dashed or grey milestone has not been checked yet.
- Push alerts need Bibbed Pro and notifications enabled in iOS Settings → Bibbed.
- Email alerts go to your account address; check spam the first time.
- Lead times are per milestone type: set them for every race in Profile → How early we warn you, or for one race by tapping a date on its race page.
Bibbed Pro
Pro is a yearly subscription through Apple. To cancel or get a refund, use Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone; Apple handles billing. If you bought Pro and the app still shows the free tier, open Profile → Bibbed Pro and tap Restore purchase.
Groups
Start a group from Profile → Group plans and share its link. Friends who open the link follow the same races and see who is registered. Leave a group from the foot of the group's screen.
Calendar feed
Pro includes a calendar subscription with every verified deadline of the races you follow. Open Profile → Add to my calendar to subscribe, or copy the link into Google Calendar; it updates on its own.
Delete my account
Profile → Delete account removes everything immediately. You can also email us from the account address.
I organise a race
Claim it from its race page on this site. Once verified you can edit dates and requirements, upload the official photo, and see how many people are waiting.
