Terms of use

These terms cover the Bibbed app and website. By using them you agree to what is below. If you do not, please do not use Bibbed.

What Bibbed is

Bibbed helps you follow races and their deadlines: registration windows, ballots, document deadlines, bib pickup and race day. We gather dates from organisers and check them by hand before an alert fires.

Race information

We work hard to be accurate, but organisers change dates, sell out early and cancel events. Bibbed is a planning aid, not a guarantee. Always confirm with the organiser before you travel or pay. Dates marked as placeholders or unverified have not been checked and never trigger alerts. We are not responsible for a missed registration, a sold-out race, or costs that follow from information in the app.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 to use Bibbed. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Account.

Bibbed Pro

• Bibbed Pro is a yearly auto-renewable subscription bought through Apple. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
• It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings; Apple handles billing and refunds.
• Pro unlocks unlimited follows, push alerts, group plans, GPX downloads and the calendar feed. Free accounts can follow two races with email alerts.
• If we ever retire Pro, it runs to the end of the period you paid for.

What you contribute

When you upload a race photo or send a correction, you confirm you have the right to share it and you give Bibbed a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to show it in the app and on the website with the credit you provide. We review uploads before they appear and may decline anything that is not a photo of the race or its location. Do not upload photos of people who have not agreed to be shown.

Organisers

Claiming a race requires an email at the organiser's domain or another proof we accept. Claimed data is shown as coming from the organiser. Misrepresenting an organiser ends the claim and the account.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the service, overload it, try to access other people's accounts or data, or use Bibbed for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

Bibbed is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
